Donna’s Studio of Dance
Payment Obligations
1. Payment is due the first week of each month to Donna’s Studio of Dance.
2. Three or more weeks per month is considered a full month of tuition.
3. Monthly tuition fees are to be paid for the month even for weekly non-attendance.
4. Accepted forms of payment are checks written to Donna’s Studio of Dance, money orders, cash, or online payment.
5. Checks, money orders, and cash should be placed in an envelope with the child’s first and last name on the front of the envelope, and dropped in the lobby tuition box.
6. All payment obligations for the season must be paid in full by dress rehearsal to be able to participate in the recital.
7. Annual Registration Fee per dance student is $20.00 at the time of registration.
8. Each ½ hour weekly class is $45.00 per month
9. Each 45 minute weekly class is $55.00 per month.
10. Each 1 hour weekly class is $70.00 per month.
11. Each 1 ½ hour weekly class is $85.00 per month.
12. Each 1 ½ hour twice weekly class is $120.00 per month.
13. Monthly discount available for: i) Students enrolled in 3 or more dance classes ii) Students enrolled in both dance and theater classes
